Terms & Conditions MB8 — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Acceptance of MB8 Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of using the MB8 platform (mb8.in), including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, Sports Betting, Live Casino, jackpot slots, e-sports, and all other services provided by MB8 to players in Malaysia. These Terms should be read together with MB8 Privacy Policy and MB8 Responsible Gambling Policy which forms part of the overall agreement between you and MB8.

Continued use of the MB8 platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the latest updated version. MB8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by providing reasonable notice to users via their registered email or in-platform notification.

Eligibility to Register and Use MB8

To be eligible to register and use the MB8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You aged 18 and above at the time of registration. MB8 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 18, without exception.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are registering an account solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You must not register using a false identity, inaccurate information, or information belonging to another individual.
• You do not fall within any category of individuals or entities prohibited from using online betting platforms under the laws or regulations applicable to you.

MB8 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player at any time and to request identity verification documents (KYC) where required. Accounts that fail to complete the verification process or are found to be in breach of the eligibility requirements above may be suspended or closed by MB8 without prior notice.

Account Registration & User Responsibilities

Each MB8 player is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding more than one account under the same individual — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation of MB8's Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official Malaysian identity document (MyKad or passport)
• An active Malaysian mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP
• A valid, active email address that you own
• Your exact date of birth for age verification purposes

You are fully responsible for keeping your MB8 account login credentials — including your username and password — secure. MB8 recommends using a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your MB8 account. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact MB8's 24-hour support team immediately so that the necessary security measures can be taken.

Deposits & Withdrawals at MB8

MB8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Malaysia:

• DuitNow — Instant transfer via phone number or IC, minimum RM 10
• GrabPay — GrabPay digital wallet, minimum RM 10

• ShopeePay — Shopee digital wallet, minimum RM 10
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Online banking including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank, and all FPX Malaysia member banks, minimum RM 10

MB8 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals within 15 minutes from the time the withdrawal request is submitted. However, this timeframe may exceed 15 minutes in certain situations, such as additional verification requirements by the MB8 security team, withdrawal amounts exceeding daily limits, or technical issues with third-party payment providers. In all cases, MB8 will notify the player of any delays and the reasons behind them.

MB8 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount or appear inconsistent with normal account usage patterns. This is a standard security measure to protect players from unauthorised access and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) legal requirements.

MB8 Bonus Terms & Conditions

Bonuses and promotions offered by MB8, including the Welcome Bonus of up to RM 588, are subject to the specific bonus terms stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all MB8 bonuses:

• Every MB8 bonus comes with rollover (turnover) requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real cash.
• MB8 bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet all eligibility requirements set for that specific offer.
• MB8 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system in an unfair manner.
• Every MB8 bonus comes with validity period as stated in the relevant bonus terms. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements that expire before the deadline will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• MB8 bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash — they must first be used for wagering that satisfies the rollover requirements.
• Only one account per player is eligible for any MB8 bonus. Attempting to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

MB8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been legitimately credited to a player's account before the effective date of the change.

General Betting Rules at MB8

All bets placed on the MB8 platform are subject to the game rules set by MB8 and the relevant game providers. In general, the following terms apply to all bet types on MB8:

Sports Betting (including Football, Badminton, Cricket, E-Sports): All sports bets accepted by MB8 are final once confirmed by the system, provided no proven technical error has occurred. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless there is a clear obvious error, in which case MB8 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. MB8 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market at any time at the platform's discretion.

Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Game Show): All MB8 Live Casino games are hosted by real, professional human dealers and broadcast in real time. The outcome of each game is final once the dealer announces the result and the system records it. Any technical disruption to the video stream that does not affect the actual game outcome does not constitute grounds for bet cancellation. If a game is interrupted before the outcome is announced, the bet will be voided and funds returned.

Jackpot Slots: All slot spin outcomes on the MB8 platform are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that operates free from human interference. MB8 reserves the right to cancel or reject any bet suspected of involving fraudulent activity, system abuse, the use of unauthorised third-party software, or any attempt to exploit technical errors on the platform.

Responsible Gaming

MB8 takes its responsibility to promote responsible gaming very seriously. The MB8 platform provides a range of self-control tools that Malaysian players can access at any time through their account settings:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits — You can set a maximum limit on how much you are allowed to deposit within a given period to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit — You can set a maximum loss limit over a specified period, after which the MB8 platform will temporarily block further betting.
• Session Time Limits — You can set a time limit for each gaming session, and MB8 will remind you when that limit is approaching.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — You may request an account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if you feel you need a break from betting activity.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — If you feel that gambling has become a serious problem, you may apply for a permanent self-exclusion from the MB8 platform. MB8 will honour this request in full.

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary closure by the player: You may request to close your MB8 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before the account is closed, MB8 will process any eligible balance withdrawals to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary account closure.

Closure or suspension by MB8: MB8 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• The player is in breach of any term within this Terms & Conditions document
• The player is found to hold more than one MB8 account

In the event of an account suspension or closure by MB8 for valid reasons, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the player once the investigation is complete and the funds are confirmed to be free from any fraudulent activity.

MB8 Liability Limits

The MB8 platform is provided on an as-is basis. MB8 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, but does not guarantee that the service will always be available free from technical faults, failures, or unexpected downtime.

MB8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses incurred by players as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or events beyond MB8's control
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the player themselves
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Internet connection loss or technical issues on the player's device

In any circumstance, MB8's maximum total liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute relating to your account, bets, bonuses, or any aspect of MB8's services, we encourage you to follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Step One — Contact MB8 Support: Submit your complaint to MB8's customer support team via live chat or email at support@mb8.in, including your account number, the date and time of the incident, and a clear description of the issue. MB8's team is committed to providing an initial response within 24 hours.
2. Step Two — Review by the Relevant Department: If the issue cannot be resolved at the customer support level, the complaint will be escalated to the relevant department for review and a final decision. This process typically takes between 3 and 7 business days.
3. Step Three — Final Resolution: Decisions issued by MB8 following a thorough review process are final and binding on both parties, subject to any applicable legal provisions.

MB8 and the player agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process will be handled in accordance with applicable law, prioritising resolution through mediation or arbitration before formal legal proceedings are initiated.

Amendments to MB8's Terms & Conditions

MB8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered players will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances that require immediate action to protect the integrity of the platform or to comply with legal requirements.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current terms governing your use of the MB8 platform.

Continued use of the MB8 platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect will be considered full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you must stop using the MB8 platform and close your account before those changes come into effect.
